Q. HOW DO I GET A QUOTE FOR A BOOKING?

For an accurate quote we need various details beforehand such as the date, location, performance length and any special requirements. To discuss this further please email us at or fill in our contact form.

Q. HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

We will travel anywhere within the UK and can also travel internationally. All our quotes will typically include travel expenses.

Q. HOW DO WE CONFIRM A BOOKING?

Once a quote has been agreed a contract form will be sent over that requires a signature and a deposit payment of 20% of the full fee. Once these have been sent back to us the booking will be confirmed. For payment details please contact us.

Q. HOW LONG DO YOU PLAY FOR?

All of our packages usually include 2 hours of live band party music, which can be split up into 2 x 60 minute sets or 3×40 minute sets with short breaks in between. Breaks would be around 15-30 minutes, or longer if needed. For any specific requests please get in contact with us.

Q. WHICH CENTRAL AVENUE SINGER WILL I GET?

We always endeavour to provide the core musicians displayed on our promotional material. However, due to additional commitments of our members, we can not always guarantee a full core lineup. If a requested musician is unable to fulfill the agreed Service, you will be notified with sufficient notice. Specific Central Avenue singers can be requested and booked, however, they can never be guaranteed for bookings due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent them from performing.

Q. DO YOU TAKE SONG REQUESTS?

We are more than happy to take song requests, especially for first dances! If your request is not in our typical set list we will need at least a month prior notice before the event to ensure a strong performance. First dances come as standard for wedding bookings.

Q. HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED?

Space varies between our acts and band sizes. For example, our 6 piece band would need around 5 by 4 metres. For a more accurate idea, please get in contact with us.

Q. CAN YOU PLAY PAST MIDNIGHT?

Yes – we can provide live music or DJ services past midnight, however this will be an extra charge. Please get in touch for more details.

Q. DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN PA AND LIGHTING?

Yes – we provide our own PA and lighting for all events.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO SET UP?

This varies between band sizes and packages but we typically need between 1.5 to 2 hours to set up and sound check.

Q. WHAT TIME DO YOU ARRIVE?

We normally need to arrive 2 hours before our first set to guarantee we are set up and sound checked. If you need us to fit in a different/earlier time please get in contact with us.

Q. WILL YOU NEED REFRESHMENTS?

We will need soft drinks and water provided, whilst at longer events such as weddings will we need a hot meal provided for each member of the band.

Q. CAN YOU PLAY MUSIC BETWEEN SETS?

We are happy to play music through our PA system when not performing. If music is required after we have finished performing then there will be an extra charge – usually £50 which ensures iPod music until midnight.

Q. HOW/WHEN DO I PAY FOR A PERFORMANCE?

We accept bank transfer payments. Bank transfer must be paid 28 days before the event.
